Whether you're starting from scratch or aiming for an elite performance, we've got a program tailored to your goals.

Our plans include targeted speed workouts to boost your v02 max, threshold runs to improve lactate threshold, steady-state sessions to enhance movement efficiency, and strength training for a resilient body.

About Our 5k Training Plans

The 10 week 5K Beginner training plan is designed for beginner runners looking to complete their first 5K race or for runners who have simply been out of the game for a while. The plan includes one long walk, 2 days of walk/run intervals, 1 lower body strength workout and 1 day of core + accessory work/week. By week 10 you will build your endurance to run 3.1 miles!

The 6 week 5K Intermediate training plan is designed for runners looking to improve their 5K time. The plan includes 3 running workouts/week (various speed, easy effort, long runs) and 2 strength workouts/week.

The 6 week 5K Advanced training plan is a high volume program designed for experienced runners who are looking to improve their 5K time. The plan includes an intensive schedule of 5 running workouts/week (various speed, easy effort, long runs) 1 day of pre-hab work and 1 recovery workout/week.
