Frequently Asked Questions

All programs require resistance bands, dumbbells or kettlebells and a lacrosse ball or foam roller. 

While no gym is required, some exercises will likely be harder to progress over the 4 week program without heavier weights than you might have at home.

Strength workouts will have 4-5 exercises and our running workouts have running at different paces that are set by using our pace calculator. 

Every run training plan includes strength workout ranging from one day a week to 4 days  

Absolutely! The beauty of strength training is that the needs of beginners and advanced lifters differ in degree, not in kind. As a newcomer, you might start with 20 air squats, while a seasoned pro might do 20 goblet squats with a heavy dumbbell at a specific tempo to achieve the same intended results.

Absolutely! There is always the RPE (rate of perceived exertion) scale that you can use. 

Yes! The app includes sections where you can record your time and a notes section where you can record more in-depth details

Yes! You can cancel anytime. 

With our pace calculator, you are never left guessing how to properly push yourself. At the beginning of each training cycle, you enter your 5K personal best into the calculator and you will see a pace range for all 7 pace zones with a coordinating RPE. 

 

Yes! You can purchase any training plan or program individually without a subscription.
